Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ShaadiSite (shaadisite.online). By placing an order, you agree to them.

1. The service

We generate a wedding invitation website from the details you submit, published at a web address on our domain. The website goes live automatically after successful payment and remains live for the period included in your package. You can edit its content anytime using your private edit link.

2. Payment

Prices are shown at checkout and processed securely by Razorpay. Payment is required before your website is published.

3. Refunds

Because the website is generated and delivered instantly upon payment, orders are generally non-refundable once the site is live. If something went wrong — a failed generation, double payment, or a technical fault on our side — contact us within 7 days and we will make it right with a fix, a re-issue, or a refund where appropriate.

4. Your content and responsibilities

You confirm that the details you submit are accurate, that you have the right to share them (including any linked photo album), and that your content is lawful and does not infringe anyone's rights. You are responsible for what your published website contains. Do not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, or impersonates others.

5. Our rights

We may decline or take down a website that violates these terms or applicable law, with a refund where the takedown was not caused by your breach. We may perform maintenance that briefly interrupts availability. We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

6. Private links

Your status and edit pages are protected by private links. Anyone holding the link can view the status page and edit your website content, so keep your links safe. We are not responsible for changes made by someone you shared your link with.

7. Intellectual property

The website templates, designs, and platform remain our property. You receive a licence to use your generated website for personal, non-commercial purposes for your package period. Your submitted content remains yours.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for your order. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for issues caused by third-party services (payment, email, messaging, hosting) beyond our reasonable control.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kerala, India.
